Low fat Very Berry Shake (high Fiber)

Ingredients

  • 1 generous cup chopped strawberries, whole blueberries or mixed berries
  • 1/2 cup low-fat or nonfat yogurt or rice milk
  • 1 teaspoon sugar or to taste
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 ice cubes

Instructions

In blender, combine all ingredients. Process on and off until finely chopped, then blend on high speed until smooth and creamy. Makes 1 shake.
