NotesYou can use agave syrup or white sugar for this recipe if you prefer. If you use sugar, you may skip the first step and dissolve the sugar over the lemon juice. You may also add slices of lemons, oranges, and grapefruit into the pitcher. This will enhance the citrus flavor of the lemonade.

Ingredients

  • 3 cup water, divided
  • 1 cup raw honey
  • 1 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 bottle of white wine
  • 1 cup mint leaves

Instructions

  1. Combine 1 cup of the water with raw honey and cook over medium-high heat until the honey is dissolved.

  2. Then transfer out of the saucepan and allow it to cool.

  3. In a large pitcher, combine the remaining water, lemon juice, honey-water syrup, and wine.

  4. Add chopped mint and stir to combine.

  5. Fill glasses with ice cubes and add the lemonade.

  6. Serve and enjoy.
