Ingredients

  • 4 Kettle & Fire Beef Bone Broth ice cubes
  • 1 cup Spinach rinsed
  • 1 Banana peeled and sliced
  • 1 Green Apple cored and sliced
  • 1 cup Water
  1. Make bone broth ice cubes the night prior by pouring Kettle and Fire Beef Bone Broth into ice tray.

  2. Place the spinach, banana, and apple in a blender with ½ cup of water. Add 3-4 beef bone broth ice cubes.

  3. Blend on high speed for 30-45 seconds or until smooth. Pour into a glass and enjoy!
