Smoky Chipotle Hummus

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cooked chickpeas
  • 1 cup cooking water
  • 1 cup finely ground sesame seeds
  • 3 clove garlic
  • 1 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 3 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 2 chipotle peppers in adobe sauce
  • 1 teaspoon adobe sauce
  1. Place all ingredients except parsley and paprika in a food processor or a blender. Blend until smooth.

  2. Transfer the hummus to a serving bowl, garnish with a little more olive oil if desired. Sprinkle with chopped parsley and smoked paprika. Enjoy!
