Greek 7 Layer Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 tub of Ortia Cucumber Dill Feta Dip
  • half of a cucumber, seeded and diced
  • 4 ounce marinated artichoke hearts, chopped
  • 5 green onions, chopped
  • 4 ounce kalamata olives, pitted and chopped
  • 1 tomato, diced
  • 2 ounce feta cheese
  • juice of half of lemon

Instructions

  1. Spread the Otria dip over a large platter.

  2. Add each remaining ingredients, except feta and lemon juice, layer by layer.

  3. Refrigerate for a few hours. Top with feta and lemon juice. Serve with crackers or pita chips.
