Fiery Jalapeno Artichoke Spread

Ingredients

  • 14 ounce artichoke hearts, coarsely chopped
  • 4 ounce green chiles, diced
  • 2/3 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme

Instructions

Preheat the broiler. Drain the artichoke hearts and peppers. In a medium bowl, combine the artichokes, peppers, cheese, mayonnaise and thyme. Stir until well combined. Thinly spread the artichoke mixture over the bottom of a 9" pie pan. Broil 3 to 4 inches from the heat about 5 minutes, until the dip is heated through and golden brown on top. Serve hot.
