The Best Brownies

"The best brownies I have had!!! Bake these brownies and gift it to your loved ones. These are really good. I have to say that these are high in calories, so restrict these as a special treat! Ingredients 175 grams unsalted butter 200 grams dark chocolate bar (not so expensive would also be fine) 100 grams plain flour 50 grams cocoa powder 100 grams white chocolate bar 4 medium eggs 200 grams sugar Tip : Make sure you slice the brownie only after it's completely cool down. I have found that overnight cooling works better and it tastes better the next day. Enjoy!"

Serves4 people

  1. Break the dark chocolate bar and melt it

  2. Pre-heat the oven to 200C/ 180C fan. Line the inside of a 8” or 20cm shallow round cake tin with kitchen foil/ baking parchment. You can alternatively use a shallow 20cm square tin.

  3. Melt the butter and combine well with the dark chocolate, sugar, cocoa powder, plain flour and then eggs.

  4. Chop the white chocolate bar and add it to the brownie mix. (You can use half white and half milk chocolate if you like the same.)

  5. Pour the mixture to the prepared tin. Bake for 45-50 minutes. ( Adjust the time accordingly depending on tin size.)

  6. Turn off the oven and leave them in until the oven cools ( approx 20 minutes). Then take it out of the oven and turn out onto a wire rack to cool completely.
