Strawberry Lemonade Pops

"In our home, we love two things during the summer, popsicles, and strawberries! That is why we are huge fans of these strawberry lemonade pops! They are tangy citrusy and super refreshing! You are absolutely going to love the flavor of these popsicles, so pull out your silicone mold and make this fun treat for you and the kids to enjoy! This is an easy spring/summer recipe with 5 ingredients and 7 steps to follow! "

Ingredients

  • 2 cup Strawberries - hulled and diced
  • 1 teaspoon Granulated sugar
  • 3 cup Fresh lemon juice (about 4-5 medium lemons)
  • 1 cup Water
  • 1 cup Granulated sugar
  1. Add strawberries and 1 tsp of granulated sugar to a blender and mix until smooth.

  2. Pour into the popsicle mold and set in the freezer.

  3. Add 1 cup water and 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar to a small pot.

  4. Cook over medium high heat, stirring occasionally until the sugar dissolves. Remove from heat and add fresh lemon juice.

  5. Taste the syrup and decide if you need to add more lemon juice. Add lemon juice until you get the flavor you would like. Let cool.

  6. Pour into glass measuring cup or use the funnel that comes with the popsicle mold to fill the cavities.
