Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cup whipping cream
  • 1 cup milk with a drop of vanilla
  • 1 package Arrowroot, social teas, or Peak Freans Nice brand cookies
  • 1 package Jello Pudding (any flavor you like but pistachio is best)

Instructions

Whip cream with the Jello pudding. Dip cookies into milk and vanilla and lay them flat in a 8x12 dish. Cover with whipped pudding. Continue 3 layers deep, ending with a pudding layer on top. Cover with pistachios (pistachio pudding) or shaved chocolate (if you used chocolate pudding) etc. Chill 3 hours and serve. This is an extremely common dessert in Isreal and this quick version is delicious.
