"This Mango Passion Fruit Pavlova combines beautiful crisp meringue and softly whipped cream with fresh mango and passion fruit to create a perfect Summery dessert. Stunning to look at and with an amazing flavour, this pavlova will be sure to please a crowd. It's one of my favourite flavour variations that I make. The meringue layers are light as a cloud and topped with lashings of softly whipped cream combined with crème fraîche.
