Ingredients

  • 2 cup All Purpose Flour
  • 3 cup Granulated Sugar
  • 2 teaspoon Baking Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Nutmeg
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Zest
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 cup Lemon Juice
  • 2 cup Milk
  • 1 cup Vegetable Oil
  • 1 cup Confectioners Sugar
  • 2 tablespoon Heavy Cream
  • 4 tablespoon Lemon Juice
  1. Preheat the oven to 425F. Lightly grease a silicone or regular donut pan and set aside.

  2. In a bowl whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, nutmeg, cinnamon and lemon zest.
