"Simply simmer equal parts rum, butter and brown sugar together with some cinnamon, nutmeg and cloves. If you have a wood-burning stove, you can even put the pot on top and let it heat up naturally, sending Christmas-y scents all throughout the house. The caramel-y concoction quickly hardens when it hits a cold scoop, making this old-fashioned ice cream pick an awesomely boozy upgrade to our childhood fave. It's a perfectly cool treat whether it's December, January, June or July."
