Ingredients

  • 3 cup Unsalted Butter
  • 2 cup Semi Sweet Chocolate Chips
  • 3 Large Eggs
  • 1 cup Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
  • 1 cup Granulated Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 7 cup All Purpose Flour
  • 1 teaspoon Unflavored Gelatin
  • 1 cup Granulated Sugar
  • Black Gel Icing
  • 1/4 cup Cold Water
  • 1/4 cup Water
  1. Preheat oven to 350 F and line a 9×9 baking pan with parchment paper. Allow parchment to hang over the side to use as handles later.

  2. Pour melted butter over chocolate chips in a bowl and allow to sit for a minute to soften chocolate. Stir with wooden spoon.
