Ingredients

  • Pecan Pie Crust 2 2/3 cups flour 1 tsp salt 2/3 cups Secolari Arbequina Olive Oil 6 tbsp milk
  • Filling 3 eggs 1/2 cup sugar 3 tbsp butter unsalted, melted 1 cup corn syrup 1/2 tsp cinnamon powder 1 tsp vanilla extract 1/2 pecans chopped

Instructions

  1. Mix the flour and salts in a large mixing bowl

  2. Mix the milk with a fork

  3. Roll the dough using parchment paper

  4. Place dough over the top and trim the edges

  5. Preheat oven to 350 degree

  6. Add the sugar, eggs, butter, corn syrup, vanilla extra, cinnamon, vanilla and mix pretty well
