NotesYou can use real whipped cream instead of the whipped topping. To make whipped cream, just whisk 1.5 cup heavy whipping cream + 1/2 tsp vanilla + 1/4 cup powdered sugar together vigorously for about 3-5 minutes, until stiff peaks form. It's easiest if you use an electric stand mixer or handheld mixer. Then proceed with the recipe as directed.

Ingredients

  • 14 ounce sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 package powdered lemonade drink mix - enough to make 2 quarts of lemonade
  • 8 ounce whipped topping thawed, divided
  • 1 9in graham cracker pie crust
  1. Pour the sweetened condensed milk and lemonade drink mix into a medium sized bowl. Stir until completely combined.

  2. Fold in 4 oz (half) of the whipped topping into the lemonade mixture.

  3. Once combined, pour the mixture into the pie crust.

  4. Top with the remaining whipped topping.

  5. Freeze for at least 2 hours before serving.
