Croustade Classic French Apple Pie

"Croustade is a delicious apple pie from Southwestern France that is flavored with orange blossom water and cinnamon and phyllo dough. It can best be described as a cross between a summer apple pie and a Middle Eastern baklava. This incredibly easy to make pie is the perfect way to end a summer dinner on a high note. The blog post includes an easy to follow how to video recipe as well as the full history of the dish."
