Ingredients

  • 1 (16-ounce) package refrigerated caramel pecan chocolate chip cookie dough
  • 2 package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

  2. Line an 8x8-inch baking pan with parchment paper, leaving overhang on all sides. Press half of the cookie dough evenly in bottom of a pan to form a crust.

  3. In a bowl, combine cream cheese, vanilla and sugar. Using a mixer at low speed, cream together until fluffy. Add in eggs, mixing until well combined.

  4. Carefully pour the cream cheese mixture over dough, spreading into an even layer. 

  5. Crumble remaining dough into small pieces and sprinkle over cream cheese mixture.

  6. Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until golden brown and firm to touch. Remove from oven and allow to cool for about 30 minutes.
