Ingredients

  • 1 banana
  • 2 cups unsweetened shredded coconut
  • 1 Tablespoon raw honey
  • 2 Tablespoons coconut oil, melted
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (omit or use alcohol-free version for AIP)
  • Dash of salt
  • Unsweetened cacao powder (use carob powder for AIP) to sprinkle on top (optional)
  1. Preheat oven to 250F (120C) if serving warm.

  2. Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl.

  3. Form small balls (1-inch diameter) from the dough using your hands.

  4. Refrigerate or bake at 250F for 15 min.
