Chocolate Eclair Cake

Ingredients

  • 2 boxes vanilla instant pudding
  • 3 cup milk
  • 8 oz. cool whip
  • 2/3 box graham crackers
  • 1 can chocolate icing

Instructions

Combine pudding and milk; beat until thick; fold in cool whip. Layer dessert as follows: 1/4th of graham crackers; 1/3rd of pudding, 1/4th of graham crackers; 1/3rd of pudding, 1/4th of graham crackers; remaining pudding, remaining graham crackers. Heat icing for 30 seconds; apply to top. Chill overnight before serving.
