Choco Peanut Butter Naner Bites

These Choco Peanut Butter 'Naner Bites are seriously one of the easiest dessert recipes you'll ever make. Plus, they're absolutely addicting! If you love chocolate and peanut butter, you'll love these little bites. Just make sure you also love banana because these little bites are also full of that. All you have to do is mashed up all your ingredients together, freeze them, melt some chocolate and dip your frozen bites in the chocolate. After another round in the freezer, the outer chocolate shell will harden and you are free to enjoy! You will make this dessert recipe time and time again. Trust us.

Ingredients

  • 3 ripe bananas
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup sweetened coconut flakes
  • 1 splash vanilla
  • 1 bag chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Combine all the ingredients except the chocolate chips in a large bowl.  Mash the mixture with a potato masher and blend until well-combined. Scoop onto a parchment-covered baking sheet into 2 to 3 tablespoon piles.

  2. Place sheet into the freezer and freeze for at least 20-30 minutes.

  3. Melt chocolate chips in a microwave, stirring every 30 seconds until melted.

  4. Dip each banana ball in melted chocolate and replaced on cookie sheet.

  5. Place sheet back into the freezer to harden the chocolate.
