Cherry Crisp

Cherry Crisp

"This cherry crisp is made with fresh cherries and a crumble topping. First cherries are washed, pitted and chopped. Then they are mixed with some sugar, corn starch and lemon juice and brought to a boil. Once the filling has thickened, it is poured into a baking dish and topped with a delicious oat crumble topping. It is then baked until crisp. Serve this cherry crisp warm with a scoop of ice cream or whipped cream."
