Creamed Bananas
Ingredients
- 3 large bananas
- 2 ounce castor sugar
- 1/2 pint cream
- 1/4 pint sherry
Instructions
Peel bananas and sieve them. Add sugar, stir, add cream and whisk until really thick; beat in the sherry gradually. Chill for 2 hours.
