  • 1 cup Unsalted Butter
  • 4 ounce Semi Sweet Chocolate Chips
  • 1 cup Granulated Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1 tablespoon Vegetable Oil
  • 2 Large Eggs
  • 1 cup All Purpose Flour
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 cup Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
  • 1 cup Powdered Sugar
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.

  2. In a heat-proof bowl, combine butter and chocolate chips. Microwave in 30 second increments until butter is melted. Whisk together the butter and chocolate until smooth.
