"Easy and moist Birthday Cake Cupcakes are worthy of any celebration. They begin with fluffy vanilla cupcakes mixed with colorful sprinkles and topped with dreamy chocolate buttercream. For the best cupcakes, use room temperature ingredients, sift your cake flour, use high-quality cupcakes liners, only fill the cupcake cavities 2/3 full, and cool the cupcakes before frosting. If you don't have cake flour on hand, you can measure 1 1/2 cups of all-purpose flour and replace 3 tablespoons with 3 tablespoons of cornstarch. These cupcakes can be stored at room temperature for up to 3 or 4 days."
