Ingredients

  • 1 cup Apple Cider
  • 3 cup Flour
  • 2 teaspoon Baking Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Ground Nutmeg
  • 4 tablespoon 1/2 Stick Butter
  • 1 cup Granulated Sugar
  • 2 Large Eggs
  • 1 cup Buttermilk
  1. In a saucepan over medium or medium-low heat, gently reduce the apple cider to about 1/4 cup, 20 to 30 minutes. Set aside to cool.

  2. In a bowl, combine the flour, baking powder and soda, cinnamon, salt and nutmeg. Set aside.
