Mozzeralla Cheese Sticks

Ingredients

  • Italian flavored bread crumbs
  • melted butter
  • milk
  • beaten egg

Instructions

Dip the mozzeralla cheese sticks in the melted butter. And then roll them in the bread crumbs. Slighty press the surface to make the crumbs stick to the cheese sticks. Repeat the first 3 steps util the cheese sticks are well coated with bread crumbs. Deep-fat-fried the breaded mozzeralla cheese sticks until they become golden brown in color.
