Slow Drunk Chicken

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup bourbon
  • 1/2 cup white wine
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon ginger (powder)
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 2 tablespoon corn syrup (or honey)
  • 4 medium sized chicken breasts

Instructions

  1. Combine bourbon, white wine, salt, pepper, ginger powder, ornage juice, corn syrup (or honey).
     
  2. Marinate chicken in a covered bowl overnight in this mixture.
     
  3. Place chicken and marinade in slow cooker. Cook all day on low until chicken is done and bleeds clear.
