Slow Cooked General Tsos Chicken

Slow Cooked General Tso's Chicken is a lazy cook's dream come true. This easy Chinese food-inspired recipe is ready in just a matter of hours, during which, you can leave everything be in the slow cooker to cook while you go about your business. When you come back to check on your meal, your chicken will be perfectly tender and marinated - almost ready to enjoy! All you have to do next is thicken the sauce and shred your chicken and your protein is ready to be eaten. Note that this recipe is slow cooked, and will have a much different texture than the restaurant version, which is normally fried. We recommend making the meal complete by serving your chicken over a bed of white and adding in some veggies of your choice!
