Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 pound fish Fillets, cubed
  • 3 slice bacon, fried
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 bunch scallions, sliced
  • 3 potatoes, cubed
  • 1 1/2 cup water
  • 1 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 12 ounce evaporated milk

Instructions

Serving Size : 6. Place fish in slow cooker. Saute the onions and scallions in the bacon grease. Add with remaining ingredients except evaporated milk. Cover and cook 6-9 hours. Add evaporated milk the last hour before serving.
