Pork Steak and Vegetables

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 pound pork steaks, cut into strips
  • 2 tbs oil
  • 1 large onion slices
  • 1 small green pepper cut into strips
  • 1 4 oz can mushrooms
  • 1 8 oz can tomato sauce
  • 3 tsp brown sugar
  • 1 1/2 tbs vinegar
  • 1 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce

Instructions

Brown pork strips in oil. Drain on paper towels to remove fat. Place pork and remaining ingredients into slow cooker. Cover 6-8 low to 4 hours on high. Serve over rice.
