Ingredients

  • 3 to 4 pounds pork butt, shoulder or blade roast
  • 15 ounce can whole tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup vinegar
  • 1 medium onion, sliced
  • 2 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
  • 2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

Combine all ingredients in crock. Cover and cook on: Low for 10 hours High for 5 hours
