  • 1/2 cup onion, chopped
  • 1/2 cup green pepper, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 1 (8-ounce) can tomato sauce
  • 2 tablespoon prepared mustard
  • 2 tablespoon chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 pound hot dogs
  • 1 can kidney beans
  • 1 cup lettuce, shredded
  • 1 cup cheese, shredded

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients except cheese and lettuce in Crock-Pot, stir well.
     
  2. Cover and cook on Low for 5 to 10 hours or on High for 2 to 3 hours.
     
  3. Toast buns and then fill each with hotdog and beans and top with lettuce and cheese.
