- 1 potato, sliced
- 1 carrot, pared and sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 pound beef roast
- 2 tablespoon water
Instructions
- Place vegetables in bottom of slow cooker.
- Season meat with salt and pepper, then place in pot. Add water.
- Cover and cook for 10-12 hours.
