Ingredients

  • 1 c chicken broth
  • 1 sm turkey breast, frozen
  • salt and pepper
  • carrots, sliced (opt)
  • potatoes, sliced (opt)
  • onions, sliced (opt)

Instructions

Yield: 4 servings. Place breast in pot, pour broth over it, add salt and pepper. Cook on LOW 8-10 hours. Vegetables may be placed around and under the turkey if desired.
