Cheesy Scalloped Potatoes

Great slow cooker recipes are hard to come by. Try these Cheesy Scalloped Potatoes for a nice change of pace from the usual slow cooker stew. Made with ham and hash-browns this can be enjoyed for any meal of the day.

Ingredients

  • 24 ounce package loose-pack frozen hash brown potatoes with onions and peppers
  • 2 cup diced fully cooked ham
  • 2 ounce jar diced pimiento, drained
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 can (10.75-ounces) condensed cheddar cheese soup
  • 3/4 cup milk

Instructions

  1. In a 3 1/2, 4, or 5-quart crockery cooker, combine frozen hash brown potatoes, ham, pimiento, parsley, and pepper.
     
  2. In a medium bowl, combine the soup and the milk; pour over the potato mixture in the crockery cooker.
     
  3. Cover and cook on Low setting for 7 to 9 hours, or on High setting for 3 1/2 to 4 hours. Stir before serving.
