Cheesy Crack Potatoes

This addictive slow cooker recipe is for the cheese fans out there. Cheesy Crack Potatoes is a creamy delight that the family will love. A perfect side dish with just about any meal, you won't be able to resist it's mouthwatering goodness. The cheesier the potato recipe, the better.

Ingredients

  • 12 medium potatoes, (about 4 pounds)
  • 1 large onion, sliced thin
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 2 teaspoon seasoned salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 4 tablespoon butter
  • 2 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 pound to 3/4 pound of grated Cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Mix flour, seasoned salt and pepper. Slice potatoes.
     
  2. Toss slices in 2 cups water with 1 teaspoon cream of tartar; drain. Grease slow cooker.
     
  3. Layer potatoes, onion, flour mixture, and repeat.
     
  4. Add butter, then add soup (not diluted). Cover and cook on low 7 to 9 hours, High 3 to 4 hours.
     
  5. Thirty minutes before serving, add grated cheese.
