  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 large yellow onion, sliced
  • 6 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 1/2 pound round steaks
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper

Oven Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees F.

  2. Pour tomatoes, Worcestershire sauce, onions, and garlic in a large ceramic dish or Dutch oven.

  3. Place steaks on top and season with thyme, salt and pepper.

  4. Cover with foil or a lid, depending on what dish you use.

  5. Roast for 2 hours until steak is tender and falling apart.
