Lazy Slow Cooker Lemon Chicken

Ingredients

  • 1 chicken, cut up
  • 1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 3 tablespoon ketchup
  • 6 ounce frozen lemonade
  • 2 tablespoon cornstarch mixed with 1/4 cup water
  • 3 tablespoon brown sugar

Instructions

  1. Dredge the chicken in flour mixed with salt. Shake off excess and brown in a hot skillet. Remove chicken and put in the slow cooker.
     
  2. Mix the lemonade, brown sugar, balsamic vinegar and ketchup and pour over the chicken.
     
  3. Cook on high for 3-4 hours.
     
  4. When ready to serve, remove the chicken to a warm platter.
     
  5. Thicken the sauce with the cornstarch/water solution, and serve along with the chicken.
