  • 2 cup chocolate milk
  • 1/3 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 package yellow cake mix
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans
  • 1/2 cup water

Instructions

  1. Find a ceramic baking dish that will fit inside the crock of your slow cooker.  Grease and flour this dish and set it aside.

  2. Combine all ingredients in mixing bowl, beat for 2 minutes.

  3. Pour batter into prepared dish.

  4. Place dish in slow cooker. Lay a few layers of paper towels across the top of the slow cooker.  Place lid over the top.  If paper towels become saturated during cooking, quickly replace with new dry layers.

  5. Cover and bake on HIGH for 2 to 3 hours. You'll know the cake is ready when a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
