- 1 box lemon cake mix with pudding
- 2 1/4 cup thawed Cool Whip
- 1 egg
- powdered sugar for rolling in
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Mix together all ingredients except powdered sugar.
- Dough will be sticky.
- Take by teaspoon and roll in powdered sugar until covered.
- Bake at 350 degrees F for 8-10 minutes.
