Ingredients

  • 1 cup Unsalted Butter
  • 1 cup Granulated Sugar
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 teaspoon Almond Extract
  • 2 cup All Purpose Flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 cup Walnuts
  • 1 tablespoon Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
  • Pink Food Coloring
  1. Cream together butter and sugar in a stand mixer with a whisk attachment for 5 minutes, or until light and fluffy.

  2. Add the egg and almond extract, mix again scraping down the sides as needed.
