Ingredients

  • 24 ounce Maple flavor bacon, thick slice
  • 8 ounce Butter, salted
  • 2 bag 16 oz. each of Mini Marshmalows
  • 12 cup Rice Krispies
  • 1 tablespoon Red Sugar Sprinkles

Instructions:

  1. Chop bacon into 1/2 inch pieces. Let render and brown in large non-stick pot over medium heat until just crispy, stirring as needed. Drain on paper towel-covered plate. Wipe out pan.

  2. Turn heat down to medium low, melt butter in pot until it just starts to brown and gives off a slightly nutty aroma. Remove from heat.

  3. Stir marshmallows and bacon into melted butter in pot until thoroughly melted and blended.

  4. Mix in Rice Krispies, 4 cups at a time, until well mixed. Transfer mixture to a large bowl if necessary.

  5. Spread mixture into 10 x 15 greased pan or plastic container, flatten. Sprinkle with red sugar. Slice into bars and cover until ready to serve.
