  • 2 cup All Purpose Flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
  • 1 tablespoon Cornstarch
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 cup Butter
  • 1 cup Granulated Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1 cup Sour Cream
  • 1 Egg
  • 1/2 cup Butter
  • 1 1/2 cup Powdered Sugar
  • 1 drop pink gel food coloring
  • Sprinkles
  1. Preheat the oven to 180 C / 350 F and line your baking tray with parchment paper.

  2. In a large bowl combine the dry ingredients together – flour, baking powder, baking soda, cornstarch, and salt (except the sugar). Mix well and keep aside.
