Dolce Di Noce

Ingredients

  • 1 cup butter(250g) butter or margarine
  • 1 1/2 cup confectioners sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 4 cup sifted flour
  • 1 pound (500g) chopped almonds, hazelnuts, walnuts and pignoli

Instructions

Australia. Cream together butter or margarine and sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Add vanilla and mix well. Stir in sifted flour and nuts. Shape into small rolls the size of a finger and place on a greased cookie tin. Bake in a 350 deg F. (180 deg C) over for about 10-15 minutes Makes 4 dozen.
