Crescent Cookies
To make a cookie with an interesting shape, why not make Crescent Cookies? These cookies would be great for holidays or just an after school snack. The kids will love them and you will too. Sounds like a great cookie recipe to us!
Ingredients
- 1 cup butter
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 1/2 cup flour
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 cup finely chopped pecans
Instructions
- Cream butter, powdered sugar and vanilla. Add remaining ingredients.
- Roll into 1 inch balls.
- Bake at 350 degrees F on ungreased baking sheet until set but not brown.
- While warm, roll in powdered sugar; cool; and roll again.
