Ingredients
- 3 cup flour
- 2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 cup or 1 1/2 stick butter or margarine
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 teaspoon lemon or almond extract
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Cream butter and sugar together add egg, sour cream and flavoring.
- Add flour and baking powder and mix well. Chill dough. Roll out and cut into shapes.
- Bake at 350 degrees F for 10 minutes.
