Jimbo's Camper Turkey Chili
Put gas in the RV, it's time to go camping with good old cousin Jimbo. This man is amazing with ground turkey mean recipes. His camper turkey chili is famous all around his hometown. Just about anyone will be willing to go camping with him if he mentions that he'll be making chili out there in the wilderness. Try his recipe yourself and plan your own camping trips!
Ingredients
- 2 16 ounce cans red kidney beans
- 2 16 ounce cans stewed tomatoes
- 1 pound ground turkey
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 small green pepper, chopped
- 1 tablespoon cooking oil
- 1 teaspoon chili powder or to taste
Instructions
- Brown onion in oil. Add meat.
- Brown and cook until almost done. Drain, if necessary.
- Add remaining ingredients. Cook on low until hot through.
- Taste and adjust chili powder if needed.
