Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup Dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 3 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- salt and pepper
- fresh rosemary
Instructions

Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.

Place chicken breasts into 9×13-inch greased baking dish. Sprinkle with salt and pepper; set aside for 30 minutes.

Add syrup, balsamic vinegar. Spread mustard over chicken. Make sure each breast is coated well. Add fresh rosemary

Bake uncovered for about 30-40 minutes, or until a meat thermometer reads 165 degrees F.

For a more caramelized crust, leave chicken in longer or place under the broiler for a minute or two.
