Tender And Juicy Air Fryer Chicken Breasts

"Once you try these tender and juicy air fryer chicken breasts it will become your favorite way to make chicken. The air fryer does an amazing job of locking in the juices and giving you a perfect crisp on the outside. This recipe only has 5 minutes of prep time and 12 minutes of cook time making it a quick and easy dinner. This can be served with a side salad, vegetables, or mashed potatoes. "

NotesPlease note that the thickness of the chicken breast and the type/size of air fryer you are using can affect the cook time for this recipe. Be sure to keep an eye on the chicken so it doesn't cook too long!

Ingredients

  • 4 Boneless chicken breasts
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Dried rosemary
  • 1 teaspoon Dried thyme
  • 2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper
  • pinch Chili flakes
  1. Combine the seasonings into a small bowl.

  2. Brush chicken breasts with olive oil. Sprinkle with seasoning mixture on both sides.

  3. Lightly spray the air fryer basket with non-aerosol olive oil spray. Place chicken breasts in the air fryer basket so they are not touching to allow air to flow between the chicken. You may need to cook in batches so the chicken is not overcrowded.

  4. Cook chicken for 10-12 minutes at 390 degrees or until crispy on the outside and still juicy on the inside. Use a meat thermometer to make sure internal temperature reaches at least 165°F.

  5. Remove from air fryer and let sit for 3 minutes before cutting.
