It has another Version as Chicken Hakka Noodle But it has little Different Taste. Chowmein and Hakka noodles are both Chinese dishes. The difference between them is the style in which they are cooked. Chowmein has a Taishan (China) influence to it, while Hakka noodles are cooked as per the Hakka cuisine. Indian get inspired form them and make it with Indian style with adding in Indian herbs and spices. Make and enjoy the best taste of Indo-Chinese cuisine in one Plate."

Ingredients

  • Ching’s Secret Egg Hakka Noodles
  • 2 tbsp Ching's Veg Chowmien Masala
  • 1 Boneless Chicken breast (boiled & shredded)
  • 1 cup Chopped Vegetables (carrot, mushroom, cabbage, capsicum & onion)
  • 4 tbsp. Oil
  • Salt to taste
  1. Cooking instruction for Noodles:

  2. Step 1: Boil 10 cups of water in a large pan, let the water bubble.

  3. Step 2: Drop the noodles and boil for only 2-3 minutes. The noodles are cooked Al Dente ( Al Dente means partially cooking the noodles or leaving it slightly ‘kachcha’ )

  4. Step 3: Drain the noodles & wash under running water. Spread on a flat surface & toss in 1tsp oil to prevent sticking & proceed with your chosen dish
